中国新兴建设开发总公司（原中国人民解放军总后勤部工程总队）创建于1953年，现为房屋建筑工程施工总承包特级资质企业，同时拥有公路工程和机电安装工程施工两项总承包一级资质，拥有地基与基础、建筑装修装饰、建筑幕墙、钢结构、起重设备安装等5项专业承包一级资质和幕墙、钢结构、装饰装潢三项甲级设计资质。总公司下辖六个土建公司和装饰装潢、钢结构、道桥、基础、房地产开发、试验检测、租赁等门类齐全的专业公司，设有科研、设计、计量等专门机构，在上海、天津、西安、广州、郑州、银川等地设有分公司。现有各类工程技术人员2387名，国家一级注册建造师81人，国家建设部认定资质的项目经理588人，总资产30亿元，年施工能力500万平方米。

Introduction

China Xinxing Construction & Development General Company, founded in 1953, which is now the highest-rank qualified general contractor of house building in China. The company also has a set offirst-rank certifications issued by the Construction Ministry in highway engineering, mechanical&electrical engineering, groundwork & foundation, steel structures, curtain walls, decorations and crane equipment installation.
In response to the business strategy ,we have developed a series of subsidiaries and institutes, such as real estate development, equipment lease, designing, engineering testingand measuring, etc. Meanwhile, the company have set up branches in most of the big cities over the country, including Shanghai, Tianjin, Xi’an, Guangzhou, Zhengzhou and Yinchuan. Now there are 2387 professionals of technology and engineering severing in the company, as well as 81 registered architects and 588 qualified project managers approved by State Construction Ministry.
